Description: For this assignment, we had to learn about blogs, collaborate with our peers through a blog experience, and create an educational blog. We had to comment on multiple blogs, and create our own blog from the bottom up. Our blog had to be related to our instructional unit that our students in the virtual class could use to discuss their class.
Analysis: I was very excited to complete this assignment. I had been introduced to blogs prior to this class, but never really had the time to explore how to use them or create one. With this assignment, I was forced to take the time to look at blogs, learn how to comment on them and how to create one. This experience was much easier than I thought it would be.
Reflection: This assignment was fun and simple. I enjoyed being able to create something that I will actually be able to use in my classroom. In addition, I am very comfortable with creating blogs and look forward to creating more to use in my classroom. I like the idea of having a forum that students can share deas and ask questions. This was a great learning experience that I will definitelt take back to the classroom with me.
